Monogram Queen Plus

Step one: Install Embroidery magic by putting your queen CD in the drive, go to my computer go to the CD Rom drive the CD is in. Double click the setup.exe file. This will install Embroidery magic II. Once this is done you are ready to install the other components of the software.

Step Two: Go back to the CD in the CD Rom drive and find the Type library II folder double click it to open it and locate the exe file and double click to install the lettering. Once this is done you are ready to go on to the next step

Step Three: Go back to the CD rom Drive through my computer and locate monogram queen folder with 50 monogram sets select the folder that says monograms 1-50 by clicking once with your left mouse next hold your control key so you can select the scrolls and borders folder as well. Now that they are selected you will want to hold the ctlr key and press the C key on your keyboard to copy these folders from the CD and then close the CD rom drive box and go back to my computer and choose the C: Drive by double clicking it. Right click on the right hand side of the screen and click on paste, this will paste the two folders onto the C:" Drive so you will not need the CD in the drive to use the monograms and scrolls and borders. Once this is done you will be ready to go on to the next step.

Step Four: Go back to the CD rom drive and double click to explore the CD again, you will see a file called pds.mdb this is a database file that I have recreated to include the monograms, scrolls and borders so that you can use them from within embroidery magic II in the design database and be able to view, open and use them much easier. Locate this file on the cd, select it by clicking one time with your left mouse, now right click and choose copy. Close the CD dialog box and go to my computer. Locate your C: Drive and program Files, double click to open program files and locate your embroidery magic II folder. Double click to open the folder. Right click and choose paste. A dialog box will come up and ask if you want to replace this file. Click yes and the file will be replaced with the new one with the monograms-scrolls and borders. You know have everything installed and ready to use.

Go to the embroidery magic II icon on your desk top-you will need the CD in the Drive to run embroidery magic II. From your design database you can view and use the monograms-scrolls and borders. From the lettering tool you will be able to access 80 fonts. You have 50 monogram sets 200 scrolls and borders and 80 keyboard lettering styles.
